They open at 2pm and my reservation is at 3pm. This spa is barely in close proximity to our area but we arrived 10mins late as a result of elevator traffic. I was not informed which they already cancelled my reservation and provided my timeslot to a different all of sudden.Total, I would not propose this spa to Many others, because the cancellation all at once was exceptionally unprofessional and brought on me plenty of inconvenience.
